I have seen and heard the Vibrant Performance name throughout the modification and fabrication circles of the car culture – from online forums to in-person at SEMA – for the past twenty plus years, and I had the pleasure of becoming personally connected to the company and working with them directly starting just about a decade ago on a build of mine that would end up winning awards and on the cover of magazines across the globe.
This relationship came about because of Donavan Griffith, the eldest of the three Griffith brothers who work at Vibrant. Because of him and his belief in me, over the years I developed a relationship not just with the company but with the individuals behind it, so it is very special on multiple levels to be doing this interview with the Director of Sales & Marketing, Deryck Griffith.
In this interview we discussed the brand’s development from the past to the present, and the bright future they have been hard at work developing – most notably in the brand’s logo redesign which clearly and successfully debuted visually at SEMA 2024. And, of course, a Vibrant and SEMA conversation wouldn’t be complete without appreciating amazing fabrication and builds, so we touch on the wild and beautiful machines they chose for their SEMA booth to artfully exhibit the diversity of the Vibrant product line and remind the community and culture, that they are the industry’s premier fabrication components company.
It was amazing to observe the interactions, conversations, and appreciation displayed by everyone at SEMA 2024. I love what they have done and are doing with everything from the logo to the premise and passion behind-the-scenes, and it is without a doubt that their future looks, well… vibrant.
